Shipping Policy
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days.
Manufacture on Demand products: LOC516 t-shirts and printed/embroidered apparel are manufactured on demand when ordered to maximize customer selection, maintain the highest standards of quality for printed/embroidered products and minimize inventory waste. These items take between 3-4 business days to be manufactured, quality controlled and shipped, and will arrive between 10-12 business days from order date.
Items that are out of stock may take slightly longer and you will be notified if a delay is expected. Backordered items ship via standard ground delivery.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email address you used when placing your order. Order updates can also be viewed by logging into your Light of Christ 516 customer account. For your protection, all orders are subject to review including credit card authorization and verification. In order to provide you with quicker service, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments at no additional cost.
How To Log Into Your Customer Account: Your customer account was created during checkout using your email address and chosen password. To log into your customer account, go to the main Menu, then “My Account”. If you have forgotten/lost your password, you can request a password reset on the account login page.
u.s territories & P.O. Boxes
Shipments to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa, and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery to these destinations.
international shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or U.S. Postal Service. Shipments are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks.
When placing an order with LIGHT OF CHRIST you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the recipient’s country.
The recipient is responsible for any additional customs clearance charges as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. If you have any questions regarding your countries customs policies we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information
On-Demand Product Shipping
With the expansion of the Light of Christ 516 innovative custom apparel program, we continue to explore the world of on-demand manufacturing, a model with both immediate and long-term benefits, including reducing product inventory and waste, eliminating the need for markdowns and allowing for agility in meeting customer desires and taste.
For on-demand manufactured products, shipping times will be displayed on the individual product pages. Shipping times for on-demand products are 10-15 days and come carefully packaged in an LOC 516’s iconic gift box with our signature packaging.
